As a Digital Solutions Delivery Manager in DTPS , I am responsible for:

  • All aspects of the Project lifecycle - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Close
  • Keeping close collaboration with colleagues from our and other teams as well as various vendors -
  • Providing clear and on-time communication - within the project team and trough out the organization -

Since I started in DTPS, i have been involved in every product we have in the teams portfolio:

  • successfully led the upgrade of the SAP platform in 2021
  • Took on me the challenge of launching the first Conversational commerce platform in CCHBC - went live in Nigeria the fall of 2021 and now with 70K registered customers
  • I was part of the team delivered the SIRVIS market place in Italy in 2022
  • In 2023 was DM of the D365 Marketing roll-out in 19 BUs - Helped the Product manager of eRetail trough out a vendor change and assisted i managing the DAM system

  • Devising a Digitalization Strategy - trough workshops with company management, team leaders and vendors crystallizing the ideas for the next steps in the Digitalization Program
  • Creating a Digitalization Program Plan - directly reporting to the management board of the company my task is to set priorities for short and long term goals based on the Digitalization Strategy -
  • Clearing the relationship with the main SW delivery Vendor - setting up defined channels of communication - Jira, setting delivery schedule for requested changes and bug fixes - 3 weeks increments etc.
  • Day-To-Day PM activities on all open projects - to name few - New website, upgrade of the iOS and Android Applications, integration of DMS with other systems, CRs for all main used platforms

  • For the Volia-Swiftclass Program / Kiev/, I led a team, responsible for planning and executing all the tasks pertained to the SW Development - User Interface and Functionalities for range of Set Top boxes.
  • As Program Manager for Release 2 and Aftercare Program /Zigo, Amsterdam/den Haag/ I was responsible for creating and executing the Release 2 project plan with all dependencies and resources aligned
  • For Sunrise in Zurich As Part of the team responsible for creating strategy and executing the RFQ process i was Imbedded in local Product team, responsible for defining the Product Requirements for the Next Generation TV Platform. There I was Responsible for the RFQ Work Stream main deliverables – Vendors Shortlist, Vendor Evaluation Table, Vendor Q&A tables, Vendor Reference visits scheduling, Vendor On-Site presentation scheduling, Vendor Grading Sessions
  • For Eircom in Dublin as Project Manager part of the Azdio team I was Responsible for defining and executing the test strategy of the Eircom IPTV platform in order to prove its Operational readiness. Platform and SetTopb Boxes.
  • For Bite /Baltics/ As a Project Manager I was responsible for the establishing and managing the relationship and communication with the Set Top Box vendors in order to manage the Set Top Box User Interface and Functionality testing process. Led the integration with the other platform components – mainly middleware – Minerva
