• Managed reporting and analytics related projects within Red Bull Media House.
• Improved usability, design, and data quality of digital products´ performance dashboard.
• Built Business Intelligence tool to gather actionable insights to support business decisions for senior management.
• Developed and automate recurring and ad-hoc reports to measure success of distribution efforts in 60 countries.

My role encompassed both project management and project support responsibilities.

• Managed Business Analysts, Developers, Engineers, Support team and third-party contractors to implement IT related projects following waterfall methodology.
• Identified and managed project risks, issues and changes.

Main Achievement:

IT Strategy Project – Relocation of Citibank Frankfurt Data Centre:

• Led technical in-house teams with 10 - 15 members and third-party contractors from requirement definition through the execution to relocate 150 devices with Frankfurt Data Centre resulting in a 50% cost reduction.

• Re-engineered weekly and monthly operational reports from various databases align to the concept of senior management.
• Coordinated Windows 7 migration (total of 1,000+ users).
• Managed cloud integration for Budapest Citibank Shared Service Centre (total of 1200+ users).
