  • Role: As Delivery Manager at Capgemini Austria, I led multi-disciplinary teams delivering high-impact digital transformation programs for our clients (across sectors) and ensured organization readiness to deliver results.
  • Orchestrated Agile project delivery across all the projects delivered from Austria, enhancing operational performance and delivering value to customers across sectors. These projects span across SAP migration, S4 Hana roll-out, Pega Implementation and support, Analytics & Big Data, AI, Data Engineering, Application Modernization & Service Delivery.
  • Facilitated solution design and presales initiatives, securing key client wins and strengthening Capgemini’s market position.
  • Instituted a centralized Project Management Office (PMO), to ensure that all projects are governed and delivered in a consistent manner adhering to Agile best practices (leveraging Scrum, Kanban frameworks).

  • As Program Director for the Stellantis account (Automotive industry), delivered a €20M ADM portfolio (Java & Open source technologies using tools like Jira, Confluence, Tempo & Clarity) for a leading French automotive client with a 200-member global team. Improved delivery predictability, quality, and customer satisfaction (8/10), securing contract extensions. Drove innovation and value creation from delivery teams. Contributed to the modernization roadmap for Order Management across global plants.
  • In my role as Shared Service IT Head for Capgemini Group IT, I led global IT services for Group Finance and Procurement, with a major focus on optimizing the IT portfolio (replacing local apps with Oracle ERP) across all regions globally.   • Role: During my 10+ years at IBM, I had the privilege to manage several key engagements for clients like Equinor, BP. I spent significant time at these engagements and built a solid delivery foundation which helped me take more Leadership roles within the organization. During this period, I also contributed to organizational initiatives: ISO 27001, project health checks, and PM capability building while playing the role of Dy Practice Lead.
  • As Equinor (Oil & Gas) Offshore Delivery Center Lead, I Managed Equinor’s multi-tower account (SAP & Microsoft stack with a TCV: 500 MNOK) for 4 years, leading 200+ resources with 80% offshore leverage. During this period, I was able to increase the customer satisfaction from 4.4 to 5/6 and in the process secured 3-year contract extension. Improved delivery margins by 15% via industrialization levers (Shift Left, offshore optimization, cross-skilling). Generated new business through proposals in server consolidation, mobile solutions, and service integration. I developed innovative pricing models (e.g., Catalog pricing, Price-per-TeamSite for SharePoint migration) which helped us grow the account.
  • I was involved in winning the Equinor engagement (Oil & Gas) for IBM. Managed delivery for Equinor’s Non-SAP Tower, covering MS.Net, SharePoint, Java, and Unix applications.
