With nearly 20 years of experience as a psychologist in international and multicultural settings, I bring a solid foundation in clinical work, psychoeducation, coaching and academia – anchored in a strong commitment to promoting mental health.
I have worked extensively as a clinical psychologist, with individuals and families from institutions such as the World Bank, the UN, IAEA, OSCE, international schools worldwide.
As a coach and workshop facilitator, I have trained over 200 school leaders on communication and leadership skills. I have delivered over 450 workshops in multicultural settings on mindfulness, nutrition, self-compassion, wellbeing, cyberbullying and bullying prevention.
As a lecturer in health psychology at international universities, I have become an expert in mentoring students and deliver complex psychological concepts clearly and effectively.
My multilingual background and deep cultural sensitivity have been essential in building rapport with diverse audiences and fostering inclusive, supportive environments.
This, combined with my strong organizational skills, have allowed me to create a comfortable and trusting environment for the people and organizations I have worked for.
