I am a Sales Supervisor and have been happily playing my part in the Cath lab department Public Southern Team of the Medtronic family for 11 years. Last financial year I was promoting Endo Mechanical Intelligent devices, Energy based devices and Visualization systems , hernia products as well in my field. This year my role has just been changed as Cath Lab Sales supervisor. During my working period, my field is used to consist of both distributors and sales agents. Therefore, I have experience in managing distributors and sales agents at the same time.
Adept at driving sales and training teams, my tenure at Medtronic showcased my ability to exceed targets through strategic oversight and robust client relationships. Skilled in event management and KOL development, I excel in channel management and sales coaching, ensuring operational excellence and enhanced customer satisfaction.
I worked with Savaş for about 6 months as a Ready To Help assistant. I successfully managed all the training events with Savaş in this period. This included coordinating schedules , ensuring materials were prepared and facilitating smooth communication between trainers and participants.
As a result we saw an increase in trainee satisfaction and efficiency.
I have checked all guidelines and need criteria before applying for this position.
Training&Education READY TO HELP EXPERINCES (6 months)
1. I have experienced which internal steps are used and how the first processes are initiated before a training program is included in the MIC agenda.
2. I have experienced how the “faculty” management of an event agenda is planned and how communication should be established with trainers.
3. I have seen how the preparation and approval stages of trainer and trainee certificates are.
4. I have learned how the flow of an event program should be planned from beginning to end, how to introduce “faculty” stakeholders while documenting all of these in the agenda and how their CVs should be prepared.
5. I have met many internal and external (distributor) customers from abroad and had the opportunity to collaborate within the relevant “events”. I have experienced how the necessary correspondence is made.
6. The most important gain was that I got to know the models and operations of "Proctorship", "Mentorship", "Clinical Immersion" and "Masterclass" more closely. Thanks to this, I created many KOL and trainee pools in my own region.
7. During my 10 years at Medtronic, I met many new people who worked in completely different departments of our company, even though we were in the same institution.
