The Senior Domain Coordinator is supporting the Tribe Domain Lead and Tribe Domain CIO in all aspects of steering and managing the Tribe.

  • Annual planning – steering and coordinating the process for key stakeholders; Track and support the Change Management process during the year;
  • Maintain business cases; keep track of realized benefits. Ensure info reaches Business Managers team so that info is accurate in dbClarity;
  • Identify and share processes and tools best practices across the squads;
  • Collaborate with the Business Management team in order to ensure a clear view on Tribe financials, resource management and adherence to headcount targets;
  • Develop and maintain a strong collaboration with all Sub-domains members and with other Domains members or stakeholder groups across all regions;

  • In the context of a long PB reorganization, prepared and maintained Target Workforce Structure and ensure it reflects how the squads are working on the ground;
  • Tracked Data Science shift to AI Domain supporting documentation, hiring process.

Agile Change - Domain Coordinator Reg,Risk & CL

During more then 3 years since working in Regulatory and Risk domain I have been and active part in all the reorganizations that happened. When I've started there was only a Reg&Risk Tribe with about 30 people coordinating the implementation of the Regulatory demand across all WM locations (7 regions). In mid 2023 we have become a Domain including under our responsibility also the Client Lifecycle International. We further enlarged in 2024 when the Personal & Private Banking Germany segment was included as 2 additional Tribes Reg&Risk and Client Lifecycle (till Apr '25). As of Apr 2025, due to a large scale PB reorganization, the Domain is managing only the Cross-regional topics and oversightings the full Regulatory and Risk portfolio.

  • Reg&Risk - QBR, Domain Showcase (till 2024), Resource, Planning, Budget, Tribe Domain Blast - quarterly and interactive fun sessions December hand in hand with the Agile Coach
  • Acted as a Business Architect (till mid 2024) - managing dependencies, performing processes EBA ICT certification (in Adonis)
  • Domain reorganization with structure redesign and Target Workforce Model (both in 2024 and 2025)
  • Due to resource gap took over the implementation coordination and testing management for TAINA implementation
  • Client Lifecycle from end 2022 : Planning, Headcount recruitment, Ceremonies, Benefits, Initiatives to create a sense of belonging for the new Tribe, worked with the team and Coach to arrive to the tribe mission, vision and overall identity, supporting activities monitoring

  • Support the preparation of the BRP (Big Room Planning) by sharing relevant information and best practices across the squads;
  • Acted as a trusted partner for the entire management team, providing guidance on Agile ways of working
  • Monitor Tribe OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and ensure that the realized Key Results are transparent for all Tribe members and key stakeholders;
  • Perform health checks on Tribe Domain Portfolio level in JIRA, flag if any remediation actions to be performed by POs/SMs and follow-up on their completion;
  • Provide support to the Business Management team for gathering the needed information in order to update dbClarity (status report, milestones and benefits) according to the Change Governance calendar;

I've started as PMO with May 2019 - at first for BEX WM Domain and afterwards for BEX PCC Domain (covering both PB Germany and PCBI sub-domains).

I've delivered in 2020 high quality services to PCBI domain performing daily job in a very dynamic environment with high proactivity and commitment, adapting to various working models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall).

· As a PMO I've supported various activities for/with local and external stakeholders

· Knowledge and skills (soft, technical as well as the good command of foreign languages – Italian, English, etc.) allowed me to set very good relationships with the stakeholders and team members allowing me to address even more effectively many of the challenges we were facing

· I was involved in managing:

o the very complex ownership transition of Orinoco EMEA platform from Shaps to IPB team - setting up the new processes and performing a complete knowledge transfer for 5 different roles (ITAO, Architecture, TISO, Engineering, DBA)

o the ownership transition of MyBank Spain from PCB International team to Spain team: ITAO role, training sessions, technical documentation (Architecture)

· I have took over, besides the current PMO activities, the role of Scrum Master for Orinoco EMEA successfully facilitating the Daily meetings as well as coaching the team with Kanban concepts and methods
