The Senior Domain Coordinator is supporting the Tribe Domain Lead and Tribe Domain CIO in all aspects of steering and managing the Tribe.
During more then 3 years since working in Regulatory and Risk domain I have been and active part in all the reorganizations that happened. When I've started there was only a Reg&Risk Tribe with about 30 people coordinating the implementation of the Regulatory demand across all WM locations (7 regions). In mid 2023 we have become a Domain including under our responsibility also the Client Lifecycle International. We further enlarged in 2024 when the Personal & Private Banking Germany segment was included as 2 additional Tribes Reg&Risk and Client Lifecycle (till Apr '25). As of Apr 2025, due to a large scale PB reorganization, the Domain is managing only the Cross-regional topics and oversightings the full Regulatory and Risk portfolio.

I've started as PMO with May 2019 - at first for BEX WM Domain and afterwards for BEX PCC Domain (covering both PB Germany and PCBI sub-domains).
I've delivered in 2020 high quality services to PCBI domain performing daily job in a very dynamic environment with high proactivity and commitment, adapting to various working models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall).
Among the activities I've covered in 2020 I can mention:
· Provided support to increase BEX PCC PMO visibility by delivering high quality services and diversifying the PMO activities portfolio
· Provided support to manage a program (PCBI LCM Program) and several RTB projects covering activities related to: financial management, resource management, allocation management, risk & issues management, etc.
· Performed the budget and forecast management activities for both Orinoco EMEA and Notification HUB projects in such a way that the technical scope was well covered and efficiently addressed with the available resources, maximizing the benefits for our platforms and their customers
· As a PMO I've supported various activities for/with local and external stakeholders
· Knowledge and skills (soft, technical as well as the good command of foreign languages – Italian, English, etc.) allowed me to set very good relationships with the stakeholders and team members allowing me to address even more effectively many of the challenges we were facing
· I was involved in managing:
o the very complex ownership transition of Orinoco EMEA platform from Shaps to IPB team - setting up the new processes and performing a complete knowledge transfer for 5 different roles (ITAO, Architecture, TISO, Engineering, DBA)
o the ownership transition of MyBank Spain from PCB International team to Spain team: ITAO role, training sessions, technical documentation (Architecture)
· I have took over, besides the current PMO activities, the role of Scrum Master for Orinoco EMEA successfully facilitating the Daily meetings as well as coaching the team with Kanban concepts and methods
· Periodically contributed to the Governance events and decision content of both Orinoco EMEA and Notification Hub

Main projects: CFO Data Warehouse for Unicredit (Italy, Germany and Austria) used for Controlling, Accounting and Risk processes. Managing project budgets ranging from 200K -700K
