Awarded a CEU Foundation grant for a one-year independent research project on the role of international organizations (EU, WB, EBRD, IRENA, UNDP) in supporting transitions in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, using a qualitative document analysis within the Multi-Level Perspective framework.

Managed international relations and policy reforms in the healthcare, social, migration, and labor sectors, including international collaborations. Drafted speeches and reports for government bodies and international organizations in these areas. Organized donor meetings, coordinated international projects and agreements, and served as the secretariat for the Grants Commission. Ensured compliance with EU integration requirements.

Managed the Ministry's relations with international and donor organizations, including coordinating meetings and agreements. Oversaw Grants Commission secretariat functions and communication with public and private entities. Coordinated migration issues, UN agency information, and ensured EU integration compliance.

Responsible for planning and implementing the full training cycle—from inception to execution—including budget monitoring and curriculum development for both the public and NGO sectors. Successfully delivered over 100 trainings and workshops while maintaining effective communication with local and international partners.

Responsible for identifying donor organizations, writing and submitting grant proposals, and implementing projects.

As Project Director for "Europe - More Opportunities" (funded by Open Society Georgia Foundation, $15,000 USD), I conceptualized, proposed, and led an initiative raising awareness about the Georgia-EU Association Agreement. This involved organizing meetings in 60 Georgian villages, benefiting 2,000 individuals, and engaging 25 students. I oversaw the project team, served as the main trainer, and managed all reporting to the donor.

As Project Director for "More Europe in the Mountains" (Open Society Georgia Foundation, $13,000 USD), I conceptualized and led an initiative raising awareness about NATO-EU and European values in Georgia's mountainous regions, engaging over 2,500 youth across 49 schools. I supervised the project team, served as main trainer, and managed all donor reporting.
