Fabricated transitional metal-based composite coatings on a flexible nickel foam substrate through a sustainable vacuum kinetic spray method, tailored for laboratory-scale applications. Fabricated semiconductive materials coatings, along with their corresponding compound electrode coatings, onto a Fluorinedoped Tin Oxide (FTO) substrate using a cold spray deposition technique as a cathode and an anode for pilot-scale applications. Developed vacuum-based deposition processes, conducted analysis and optimization of coating process parameters, employed the Design of Experiments (DOE) module, and troubleshooted thin film deposition process-related technical problems to ensure a high-quality thin film electrode production.
