Tasks:

• create a Vision & Strategy aligned to company strategic goals for each of the products-integrations
• provide transparency and facilitate decision making SteerCo meetings with stakeholders
• gather client feedback and market insight from marketing intel and customer research team
• create and track Objective & Key Results
• close cooperation with dev Team Leads to understand the integrations health status, technical debt, architectural plans and observability
• work with TLs on backlog prioritization and roadmap planning

Recruit & Support greek and polish publishers and advertisers on the CJ affiliate network

• gathering & clarifying business requirements
• explaining and driving Agile methodologies events (mainly Scrum)
• backlog prioritization

Product: Internal back-end product responsible for generating flight connections

Client: Front-end products used by high-profile airlines and travel agencies

Tasks:
• Interact with business associates, vendors and development team to define detailed requirements, in-depth analysis and functional testing
• Understand and interpret business requirements into necessary design and documentation
• Analyze XML & EDIFACT messages and assist in problem solving in both development and production environments
• Work closely with technical developers and testers to explain requirements
• Conduct project meetings
• Create user stories
• Collect transaction data, create reports and visualizations (in Kibana) for analysis
• Design UML and data flow diagrams
• Perform manual tests in all application stages (Integration, Production)
