1. Leading the process of the First Fishery Improvement Project (FIP) in Mediterranean Sea
Together with WWF and Purse Seine
fisheries of Kavala initiated the first FIP
in the whole Mediterranean Sea. The project received many awards for its contribution to local
community, support of the local economy
and uniqueness in Mediterranean Sea.
2. Change management initiatives
a. Set up the first centralized replenishment team (forecasting, ordering and stock management) from Suppliers to Distribution centers, achieving smooth operation in COVID period.
b. Introduced the new trade function commercial dept managing centrally the pricing policy, promotional activities and assortment optimization by establishing state of the art software (Oliver Wyman suite)
