I am looking for an industrial internship ( for 2 months- at least for 182 hours) abroad to deepen my knowledge in the production of pharmaceuticals. The best option for this is the world-famous and historic Pfizer company.

since ancient times there have been records of how to proceed against various forms of diseases and ailments. Every human being has been ill at some point in his or her life and has suffered from discomfort. Be it a cough or a urinary tract infection.

Technological progress and especially the knowledge about the interaction of drugs with excipients, led to treatments for diseases that threatened us humans. Without the pharmaceutical industry, mass production, research, and provision of medicines to the population would not be possible. Here the company Pfizer plays an immense role. Their own brands, such as Eliquis and Lyrica, help patients to quickly relieve unpleasant suffering. In the Covid 19 pandemic in particular, the provision of the necessary vaccines can be credited to the Pfizer company. This was able to prevent many severe courses and save lives.

The large number of Pfizer products also caught my eye during my pharmacy internship at the Nica Pharmacy in Linz. Pfizer products are prescribed in most regions of the world, and it would be an honor for me to spend two months gaining an insight into this historic company in the area of development, sales and distribution of your medicines. In addition, I am interested in doing an industrial internship with you in New York, since my bachelor thesis dealt with pharmacogenetics and the impact of the opiod crisis in the USA. I am highly motivated in the industrial internship to expand my knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry through your professional expertise. The desired time frame for the industrial internship would be early July to approximately August 20. (Minimum number of hours 182 hours).
