As the Head of Aftersales Operations for SI EA AIS Switchgear Factory, I lead a team of site supervisors and electrical engineers, overseeing aftersales strategies across 25 countries. My responsibilities include:
• Managing the entire after-delivery process, including NCR handling, on-site support for installation and commissioning, technical training for customers, and supporting tendering, project management, and sales teams.
• Collaborating with the global GCC Head in Germany to implement Quality Management and Global Customer Care strategies in aftersales operations.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through warranty-period support, satisfaction surveys, and comprehensive training programs.
• Building and maintaining strong networks with stakeholders, including internal departments (engineering and R&D) and external customers, to manage non-conformities and drive continuous improvement.
• Reporting directly to the global GCC Head on performance tracking, quality assurance, and feedback to improve products and processes.
• Enhancing efficiency and capacity of the GCC team while prioritizing health and safety, ensuring optimal workload distribution.
• Strengthening client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining clear communication between the factory and customers.
