• First hired as an intern. Specialized in Logistics Finance, Warehousing, Transportation related
  spend, handled same level of responsibility as a full-timer.
• Preparation of month-end closing processes (preparing accruals, reclasses, intercompany
  recharges, journals, release checks with business partners, oversee invoicing processes etc.) using self-created excel reports, SAP, Power BI, EPM, Bex Analyzer.
• Support the company's AP team work by the preparation of trainings and training materials.
• Coaching and handing over knowledge to new team members.
• Creation of monthly presentation on financial drivers to business partners. Support the
  work of Logistics managers, warehousing specialist etc.
• Participating and leading projects (received award for ‘Smooth transition’ between ERP
  systems, successful integration of a region into company system
• Yearly budgeting: Preparation of analysis to provide understanding on next year expected spend,
  inspecting future drivers, reaching out for inputs, calculating warehousing costs, preparation
  of reports to oversee and support future spend etc.

• Part of a 6 month long project of the company's' Logistics team supporting ERP transition from Alpha Oracle to SAP.
• Cooperated with colleagues worldwide and supported the on-time delivery.

• Calculated and amended the original request date (ORD) both in Alpha Oracle and SAP ERP.
• Supported materials managers with KPI trackers
