Joining DBS WCA P&R Team allowed me to implement all the learnings I achieved at End Market level and allowed me to teach my team members everything I knew about the business.

For me this role was about developing my managerial skills and expand my knowledge to my team members in an organizational and organic matter.

I have learnt a lot about myself, and it has been indeed one of the most fulfilling roles getting to guide a team and work closely with people you have - in a sense - educated business wise.

I also want to emphasis the fact that this position and this team got me out of my shell, out of my comfort zone, and taught me everything I know about myself today.

• Managed all financial categories (Administrative Costs, IDT Costs, Other Costs and Expenses, CAPEX)
