- Organizing and conducting capacity building trainings on protection mainstreaming, GBV, CP, and Disability Inclusion for IOM staff, partners and other organizations along with their needs in various topics on legal and protection issues to ensure mainstreaming protection.
- Supporting Livelihoods Team to incorporate legal access to work streams into the programme by developing AR session modules, materials on adaptive woman leadership, cooperative agreements.
- Supporting Shelter, Community Stabilization and other Recovery teams to provide technical legal support on housing, land and property issues, tenancy rights, legal issues arose from the EQ, etc.
- Developing AR session materials and the purpose-specific tools and agreements (template rental agreements, partnership agreements, memorandums with provincial directorates, etc.) and providing technical support to the planned surveys/assessments (multi-sectorial assessments etc.) from a legal and protection perspective.
