Summary

Having worked in various roles over the last 30 years i have progressed from being a barrister & solicitor of the supreme court of Nigeria to magistrate grade 2 & later grade 1, to a senior registrar, principal registrar, assistant chief registrar (personnel, litigation-probate registry, appeals department) with further progression onto assistant chief registrar (magistrate)and after my voluntary retirement from government service i now teach law courses, English language and science to private students and schools at various study centers in Malaysia. And am looking for a move into directorship level within a corporate body, senior lecturer/junior professorial/associate professor, corporate solicitor, law teacher, magisterial position in any law court, mediation, arbitration & counseling center.

I have excellent management, negotiation and motivational skills giving all of the team I control the guidance, support and an experienced view of how they should deal with meeting their objectives for new legal breakthroughs, hence enabling any firm or institution i have worked in the past to move forward and achieve its ultimate goal of breaking new grounds in the legal profession and result oriented practice. My skills include dispensing of justice & equity in criminal and civil matters before the magistrate court responsible for maintaining law & order in court ensuring the implementation of all personnel, administrative & judicial policies in the F.C.T judiciary Abuja. Responsible for direct supervision of all supporting staff of the court/tribunal. prompt issuance of court orders law as a legal practitioner in Warri, Kaduna& Abuja. External solicitor to several banks. versatile in civil ,criminal, company law matters, industrial & labour relations, land matters as well as matters relating to pension, testate / intestate and all contractual matters arising from varied obligation and relations. external solicitor to several banks. legal adviser to several companies, parastatals & individuals. protecting the rights of widows, women & children in distress from broken homes and plwha to empower them economically, politically and developmentally, legal drafting, mediation, arbitration, counseling, brief writing, lecturing, teaching, reading, philanthropic activities. I am an excellent communicator, negotiator, solicitor, administrator & lecturer and am able to communicate at all levels from board down to factory floor. Over the last 12 years in my recently past-position i have exceeded targets set by the courts & school on a 60% year on year basis by being innovative and giving my staff quality direction. My main goal now is to move into more of a board level/professorial/ consultant capacity, offering guidance and experience on a more day to day running of any establishment or firm.
