In my current role I work for one of Atos' key customers within Global MMSA services. My role as Senior Financial Controller includes mainly Contract Controlling and the following responsibilities:

• Control over the financial flow of the dedicated projects, assuring the completeness of the actual figures, forecasting and KPI analyses. Responsible for the global P&L of the assigned contracts.
• Month end activities including cost and revenue recognition. Monitoring the billing process and work in progress accruals.
• Working closely with the Client Partners and Delivery Managers on various topics with financial impact.
• Driving and being part of cost optimization and cost take out initiatives to ensure the initial Business case should be meet.
• Prepare financial reports such as actuals vs outlook, forecast bridge against initial business case. Internal cost reports and other reports for the CFO of the account.
• Contribute to regular business and service reviews with a focus on margin performance, risk management, and commercial alignment.
• Work within global structure coordinating with cross-functional teams across different regions.
• Use SAP, Clarity, WebCIP and other tools in my daily work.

• Take overall accounting and reporting responsibility of the group companies.
• Organize and supervise preparation of annual financial statements under IFRS and SOX Compliances. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties in relation to audit requirements and deliverables;
• Responsible for monthly close processes of Digital Wallet entities, preparation of detailed reporting packs per legal entity, local and external regulatory reports;
• Review and ensure all accounting functions including Balance sheet reconciliations adhere to Blackline and SOX Compliance;
• Ad hoc tasks for CFO Digital Wallet and Manager;
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines. Manage team effectiveness, engagement and team well-being;
• Review processes and automation opportunities

• Review of postings done by other departments and post manual journals in Oracle EBS
• Assist with monthly closing procedures, including Oracle EBS closing processes; information extraction; supporting calculation preparation; etc.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare detailed monthly reporting packs per legal entity
• Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements under IFRS for several legal entities.
• Support communication with external auditors
• Assist with the annual tax packs preparation for several entities
• Prepare internal ad-hoc and regular reports and calculations
