Main achievements

At Mott MacDonald, I unified the data in the Czech statutory reporting with FIFI, PMD and BPC reporting. I implemented MM's financial practices into the local ones, which helped to increase financial standards, reliability of numbers and minimize risks. I convinced the Czech auditors to take over the WIP calculation from MM, which saved a lot of work.
