Client Readiness Solutions Associate

  • Coordinating and managing the investment account opening, closing and maintenance processes on behalf of Swiss Re with major investment banks and clearing houses, such as J.P. Morgan, Citibank, HSBC, Euroclear etc.
  • Establishing new relationships between Swiss Re legal entities and custodian banks - driving onboarding process and all related KYC processes according to internal, bank and legal regulations
  • Maintaining golden copy of investment accounts - creation/termination, linkages and maintenance of accounts and investment portfolios in internal systems
  • Participating and supporting annual and ad hoc audits of investment accounts in cooperation with KPMG
  • Managing and participating in project, initiatives and asset transfers
  • Daily communication with external parties - banks, auditors, clients and internal teams like Treasury, Tax, IT, Collateral etc.
  • Preparing ad hoc, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Management of documentation and agreements, including coordination of legal negotiations
  • Various: training of newcomers, various reconciliations and controls, automation and simplification of reports, LEI maintenance, SWIFT reporting set up and maintenance
