Over the past few years, I've built a strong background in sales, team leadership, and negotiation through a series of roles that helped me grow both professionally and personally. My noticeable improvement started as a Sales Coach, where I was in charge of creating and managing sales training programs for a regional team of about 200 employees. It was a hands-on role that gave me a deeper understanding of sales strategy, team motivation, and how to get the best results by listening and adapting to different personalities and situations. After successfully developing the sales training processes, I was promoted into the role of Deputy Store Manager at Emmezeta's largest distribution center in the region. I managed over 100 employees across sales, warehouse, and admin departments. Besides leading day-to-day operations, I was also responsible for web shop sales and organizing customer order pickups. I worked closely with the procurement, marketing, and logistics teams, which helped me develop a broader view of the sales and distribution systems. I later joined Huawei as a Sales Representative, where I focused on driving retail sales, making sure our products were well presented, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. A key part of the job was negotiating better brand visibility in-store, which required a good mix of data analysis, communication skills, and persistence. Today, I work as a Restaurant Sales Specialist at Wolt. It's a B2B-focused role where I'm responsible for signing new partners, negotiating contract terms, and creating delivery solutions tailored to their needs. One of the more challenging but rewarding projects I worked on was negotiating with Valamar to build a delivery setup within their largest tourist camps, which serve more than 10,000 guests. The scale of the project taught me a lot about long-term planning, flexibility, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. In all of these roles, I've relied on strong organization, communication, and negotiation skills, and I'm always looking to keep learning and improving.
