Whilst studying at college I worked part-time as a Customer Services Assistant at Argos. Working as a Customer Service Assistant helped me recognize the vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating positive experiences for customers within a variety of industries, such as retail, hospitality, or service sectors. This had given me the opportunity to thrive in fast-paced environments. After my exceptional time with Argos I was then re-hired under a different department between my job as a Language Assistant.
Volunteering for the Vale of York gave a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the local community while making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families through fitness. This entailed leading and participating in the circuit and fitness instructions under the guidance of the expertise of Ian Martin.
As part of the Hallowscream team, i was tasked with bringing to life the spooky, eerie atmosphere of this seasonal attraction, engaging audiences with interactive storytelling, live performances, and chilling character portrayals.
