Led a programme to support countries to implement the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.

• Provided advice, facilitated the exchange of expertise and organized training and expert working groups to support prosecutors and other responsible officials of the Ministry of Justice, officials of the Specialized Investiations agency and judges to address the reform of the Bularian criminal justice system and to address organized crime and corruption.
• With a group of experts from the different criminal justice system entities, supported the development and organization of workshops throughout Bulgaria to introduce have dialogues about proposed new legal changes.
• Initiated a working group that drafted Bulgaria's first anti-human trafficking law meeting EU standards that was passed into law.

• Streamlined processes to improve and optimise office operations.
• Represented organisations at seminars, conferences and business events.
• Investigated issues affecting group operations, prepared reports and helped correct problems.
• Maintained smooth-running business operations by delegating priorities to staff abilities.

• Established a new office and hired staff;
