Development of INT COMM strategies (RET / CIB / competence lines), delivery of results through a variety of channels and tactics including: videos, news articles, direct emails, presentations (creation and delivery), FAQ documents, events/event collateral, open forums, webcasts, advertisements, and content for web sites and social media channels, creation of change management communication messages for leaders, planning and strategy development implementation.
Development and execution of INT COMM strategies and plans (headquarters/RO); planning and execution of employee surveys; evaluation of the results; creating communication solutions for special projects (CSR, GM on social media); development of internal presentations for company updates, key initiatives/issues; managing current internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, town halls, GM blog); managing calendar and internal communication via blog and meetings/associate events. Responsible for EXT COMM incl. media relations and PR, digital comm. (www.bosch.cz/sk, www.bosch-press.cz/sk; social media channels (FB, Linkedin, Youtube); organization of the press events such as annual press conference, press trips, events focused on the specific topics; press service for RB in the Czech Rep.; creation of communication concepts, solutions for special projects (CSR, HR marketing, GM marketing, employer branding).

As an additional task to regular responsibilities a new role in Robert Bosch spol. s r.o. (2017) assigned. Responsibility for the external communication in Robert Bosch České Budějovice (leadplant); change and crisis communication media and public relations.
Preparation, design and realization of complex communication strategies including media planning for product and corporate clients; set-up and realization of media events; looking for innovative solutions and original concepts; media monitoring; publicity analysis and related reporting; media relations across the media scene. Responsibility for preparation of special B2C, B2B projects; event and project management.
Managing Chamber´s internal and external communication to itts members; preparation and execution of communication strategy, CSR plans; realization and evaluation, leading of professional committees: CSR, HR, Marketing and Real Estate; responsibility for INT & EXT COMMS of Chamber´s activities such as special CSR and educational events; execution of current and preparation and execution new projects; online activities; relations with media and other professional and interest groups; leading the preparation of Chamber´s publications − annual reports, professional magazines, newsletters. Responsibility for online members´ news portal www.czechmarketplace.cz and online portal www.amcham.cz. Developing and managing online marketing strategy. Selling advertisement.
