Political scientist with a strong academic and professional background in democracy, political participation, citizens engagement, and gender. Holds a BA in Political Science, a multidisciplinary Master’s in Terrorism, Organized Crime, and Security, and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Belgrade, focusing on women’s political representation in Serbia (2001–2022). Extensive experience in EU-funded and international democracy support projects, including the design and facilitation of citizens’ assemblies, various analysis, and policy-oriented research. Key competencies include project coordination, qualitative research (interviews, focus groups), report writing, and stakeholder engagement across civil society, academia, and government.
