  • Oversee and take full accountability for the management of the Supply Chain in Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
  • Manage forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment for approximately 100 SKUs at the local Supply Distribution Center (SDC), acting as the liaison between manufacturing sites and the affiliate. This includes working with a team consisting of Dynamic Champions, Core, and Value Optimizers for both non-narcotic and narcotic products, alongside scenario planning.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly Consensus Demand Review Meetings at local level, ensuring collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence teams to align Consensus Demand Forecast with financial objectives. Address discrepancies between financial forecasts and consensus demand forecasts, and review relevant business assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage production processes in alignment with new artwork changes to guarantee compliant stock availability within prescribed timelines, in accordance with local regulations.
  • Develop weekly shipping schedules to ensure timely distribution of products.
  • Supervise production while adhering to established Shelf-Life requirements.
  • Strategically plan and manage timely and cost-effective supply of products, considering their life cycle stage and variations in market demand.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Quality department and local Health Authorities concerning all activities related to importation of Controlled Substances in compliance with local Greek regulations.
  • Proactively inform local and EMEA teams of any required escalations or potential disruptions in supply chain, following up with corrective actions and reporting on stock shortages.
