The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) is a 2-years long program where members take part in 4 different, each 6 months long rotations to gain exposure to the different business and IT segments of the company, while learning from senior IT leaders and acquiring essential leadership skills through a defined curriculum and on-hands experiences.
