As a workpIanner I have been involved in working on different programs together with the Program Manager and the SAP technical teams, to provide guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques (change log, My Risk, resource tracker, status report, information/data management, assure administrative tasks etc), based on the GTM methodology. An important aspect was to recognise the opportunity to improve the processes and act quickly in the fast fast-paced environment of the program.
Main activities.
• implementing and maintaining within the projects the project management processes, standards and procedures
• supporting the project team, depending on the request, with the areas of PMO needed: procurement, resource management, risk and issue management, communication management, change management, document control, reporting etc.
• facilitating the implementation of the Health check tool and making sure it states both preventive and corrective actions within the project, working closely with the Program director and track leads
As a Credit and Collection Analyst my objective was to maintain the customer portfolio and keep the customer satisfaction at the highest level by providing analysis about the accounts and offering solutions to improve the subscriptions.
Main activities:
• follow the collection procedures and company guidelines
• providing accurate information to customers, through outgoing and incoming calls
• optimising clients' traffic by proposing better solutions for customers' subscriptions
• establishing and negotiating payment conditions for debtors, postponing payments and set invoice installments when needed
