  • Develop and implement an annual plan in line with the company's business plan.
  • Develop department strategies in line with local and Global ZF objectives, ensure the best deals are made, providing highest value to the bussiness.
  • Contributing to EBIT and NonEBIT objectives through negotiations and effective use of the procurement tools to reduce materials & services cost, technical improvement, consolidate volume, follow up CIS activities.
  • Executing S2C(SourcetoContract) process, professionally, conpetitive quotations, negotiating, quotation analysis & evaluation, supplier selection, to complete all sourcing process.
  • Accuntable for strategic management of spend (Tender, contract, category management etc)and operational excellence vendor services, SAP, cashflow etc)
  • Open RFQ, and leading price negotiations & Contracts process for all sourcing cases, providing input to the Global Category Strategy and ensure an efficent "localized implementation".
  • Perform market research for purposes of benchmarking and cost controlling.
