For the past years I have been involved in customer marketing campaigns and have experience with product launches, website content creation and managing online stores.
- I led the charge in managing the rollout of the new website for Miele Romania (www.miele.ro);
- I am responsible for the coordination / planning of the e-commerce calendar and sales activities and creation of e-mail campaigns and marketing automation processes;
- I conduct activities regarding the optimization and development of the e-commerce platform in accordance with the guidelines received from the EE Region and the Miele Headquarters;
- I support and cooperate in the design, implementation and optimization of CRM strategies and plans (loyalty strategy, market segmentation, cross-selling and up-selling strategies);
- I execute regular performance tracking with continuous analyzes and reports that provide practical recommendations and observations, incl. sales and implementation of priorities in order to better identify the target group;
- I offer operational support in the monitoring of websites and the online store (microsites and landing pages, banners, activation materials);
