• Production Management for Foam INJECTION and Magnesium high pressure DIE CASTING (+50 injection units, 7 casting machines, +300 employees), producing >90k units weekly
• Leading and challenging a diverse team made up: Unit Managers, Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and Quality Engineers
• Following up and improving specific KPI's like: FTT, DLP, OEE, Downtime, CoFaCo
• Industrialisation of new products/new customers

• Managing four labor intensive production plants specialized in leather sewing on steering wheels
• Leading and developing local management teams for each location responsible for >1500 employees
• Achieving significant cost improvements of around 1M EU
