• Daily operation of 26 stores all over Hungary directly and indirectly through regional retail managers
• X-functional cooperation with finance, marketing, logistics, brand managers, product managers
• Define HR, merchandising and O2O sales processes, maintain internal operational guidelines
• Coordinate retail unit opening, moving, refurbishing or closing

• Recruiting and managing store team to success, 3 different locations in Budapest
• Maintain perfect merchandising, high service level, planning and executing seasonal campaigns, driving monthly and yearly sales results
• Monitoring expenses ensuring always and adequate stock level through local and international suppliers
