As a part of the Customer Master Data team, Global Marine & Energy, I was tasked with maintaining customers, billing information, price lists, vessels contracted under the company and materials. My responsibilities encompassed managing data at every step of the way, helping order management with purchase order queries, troubleshooting, investigating and reporting.

I would collaborate with stakeholders on a case by case basis, covering multiple processes crucial for a smooth customer experience. Some of the key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining billing information and invoice splitting, shipping locations and ports, price lists and charge models, query handling, investments and rebates. My latest daily operations include finding and resolving differences between orders and invoices, setting up bill-tos, prices and materials. I am also involved in the quarterly pricing automation project, NOVA.

I used MDG, SAP (PRL and PR4), fusion, MANTA, Salesforce, VBA macros and Microsoft Office Products

As a Master Data Analyst I would assist the Finance department in making the future transactions with suppliers and customers of the company more secure, performing calls and making security checks regarding bank details.

At SEICORP I was responsible for: inspecting, maintenance and documentation of industrial-sized printers; developing and updating promotional websites; communicating with Serbian providers and engineers.

On occasion, I would meet up with customers to discuss use and maintenance of the machines.

Creating the 'Arome Proprii' website, where local farmers and business owners can promote their bio certified products

The platform features an interactive map of the Western Region of Romania, built using Maps API and Mapbox, that users can search and filter through locally grown products.

I used PHP, Wordpress, CSS, HTML, Javascript and SQL.

Designing and developing websites ( petromax-lubricants.com ; arbos.intesa.ro ; blog.intesa.ro ), promotional material ( banners, flyers and labels ), managing products database and providing customer support.

I would assist customers with their orders, accounts and their issues. Frequently post on the company blog about the latest technologies in the automotive space.

I used Excel, Corel, Photoshop, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL and SAP to fulfill my tasks.

Participating in multiple startup competitions and networking events. We worked on 'Team Tales', a gamified team management platform bundled with a team building workshop based on tabletop RPGs, throughout the 'Innovation Labs' program and under ADRVest mentorship.

Helped develop and design the prototype for the website until the late stages of Innovation Labs. Managed weekly team building activities, with a group of30 participants, in collaboration with Unlock Games using Dungeons & Dragons5e as our main tool.

We also used Big6 Model and360 Feedback to gather the information that was relevant for companies during our weekly team building workshops.
