I’m a chef who continues to learn every day. I work hard, care deeply about the food, and refuse to cut corners. I hold high standards for myself and the kitchen, and while I’ve faced challenges along the way, I’ve learned to grow through them.
I’ve made mistakes, taken responsibility, and improved through experience. Life has required me to start over more than once, which has built resilience and discipline. Cooking keeps me grounded, focused, and present; it’s where I do my best work and feel most at home.
