Working in a hotel as a receptionist for the summer vacation.

I was responsible for welcoming the guests, giving them the key, giving information about sightseeing of the surrounding and helping with all I can do in the hotel.

As an assistant during my summer vacation I was responsible for contacting clients and making sure that they know about the Kalina Travel Platform. If there were new clients, I made phone calls and a small presentation of the company and after that sent a newsletter by email.

As a sales assistant my responsibility was to remind the client about us, searching for new clients and register them into the platform.

The communication with foreign companies was mostly by emails or phone. After my first year I was also responsible for the reservations that were made through the platform and if there are some problems I was making a contact with the suppliers.

Moreover, I am an IATA certified agent and by having this certificate I am allowed to sell flight tickets, which was the other responsibility that I took in Kalina Travel Platform.

As a spinning trainer my responsibility is to make people feel good during the training and come to spinning at least twice a week so they could see the result from spinning. I motivated my clients with a modern music.

In myindigo I was making the bowls for the customer, I was working at checkout where people are paying and as a waitress.

This work experience helped me to be more in touch with the german language and to work fast.

In Hotel Radetzky I am responsible for the satisfaction of our clients.

I am on reception, greeted incoming visitors and customers professionally and provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance. I am also an assistant manager, with this position I am part of the decision-making process, solving the day tasks and be there if some problems occur. Moreover, I am working in the restaurant of the hotel.

I am answering the phone calls - communicating with clients and suppliers for the restaurant. I am working in the restaurant of the hotel, as an assistant manager.
