- IT Support in order to maintain (Incident/Problem solving, upgrades, monitoring, creating of documentation etc.) the IT System of many of the car manufacturer’s production lines, for example: body shop, paint shop, montage, emission and other final tests, cockpit.
- Technologies: Oracle Database 19.23, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux, VMware, Kafka, Shell/Bash scripts, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Confluence, JIRA, Grafana, Prometheus, HTML5
- At the beginning, between 2018 and 2022 I learned the application's logic, gained some experience with in the application support concepts (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge/Deploy Management), and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, I gained some serious knowledge about the above mentioned technologies.
- Then since 2023 I received an additional role: the main responsible person from the Ops Team for the configuration of the whole application (with the help of some internal experts) and its infrastructure in a new plant.
- As one of the core members in the operations team, I was able to optimize our application and reduce the number of issues (incident tickets) by 35% and the costumer's satisfaction rate was always above 80%.
