• Creation and execution of short/ long-term sales strategies and sales projections for the market
• Development of a consistent sales pipeline
• New business development
• Account management through nurturing of existing customer relationships
• End-to-end sales process guidance and management: preparation of sales quotes, price calculations, contract creation, payment and supply-chain/ logistics oversight
• Support of existing customers in Central & Eastern Europe
• Preparation of offers on daily basis
• Participation in tenders
• Annual sales planning with key customers, negotiations about target achievements
• Sales partners as part of the corporate strategy of Logistics, preparation of deliveries to Eastern Europe and organization of transport from Asia to Europe
• Excellent understanding of customer requirements
• Competition monitoring and market awareness
• Implementation and coordination of solutions offered and agreed upon with clients
• Rebate programs and marketing budget creation
• Inventory status reporting
