Reading: Its a hobby that I've recently came to actually enjoy, At the moment this gives me a little space and relaxation after a day of work in the kitchen, it helps my brain work on other activity's besides the kitchen. I've been looking into many cook books from inspirational chefs or restaurants, and i really enjoy it because I am able to receive knowledge from books and bring them to use in my kitchen life
