Reading: Its a hobby that I've recently came to actually enjoy, At the moment this gives me a little space and relaxation after a day of work in the kitchen, it helps my brain work on other activity's besides the kitchen. I've been looking into many cook books from inspirational chefs or restaurants, and i really enjoy it because I am able to receive knowledge from books and bring them to use in my kitchen life 

Sports: I was always a sport person, from playing football, basketball and american football. sport has always been a good way to socialize and learn how to work as a team, and this can directly respond to team work in the kitchen.
